Numerous team members can have access to Colocator.

As a new user, once we have set you up with access permissions to your client key, you will receive an automated email from mail@crowdconnected.co.uk with your user name (email address) and a temporary password. Please use these details to log into Colocator for the first time. Once you have logged in, in the left hand side drop down menu, you have an option to change your password.

If you are an existing user and have had access to Colocator before, the process is a little different. We will update your permissions with the required client key but you will NOT receive an email to update you. We will let you know once we have updated your permissions and you will need to use the User Name and Password that you set up when first logging into Colocator. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgotten Password" link on the log in page.

The url https://app.colocator.net will take you to the login screen

The default screen on login will be the map graphic and will automatically centre on the location of the users event.
